Hours
Summary
This detail window displays the employee's current
hours totals for the pay period, and optional
verification status.
Click on any column header to sort the contents
of the window by the data contained in the column.
- Click on the
icon to view hours details broken up by pay
code.
- Employee:
Displays the full name of the employee. Each
setting in this column is a link. Click on
an employee name to bring up their Time Card
for the date of the hours total in the Work Area
above.
- Hours:
This field display the current hours total
on the employee's Time Card. When viewing
hours details this setting is broken up by
pay code.
- Pay Code:
This field displays the pay code assigned
to the displayed hours total. When a total
is assigned to multiple pay codes, the hours
detail must be viewed to see data in this
field.
- Verification
(Optional): When enabled, this field
displays the verification status of the employee's
Time Card.
Customizable Settings
To view this detail window's customizable options,
click on the
icon in the upper right-hand corner of the window.
The Work Area
appears at the top of the main My Screen Home
Page.
- The Filter
option allows you to select that you would
like the detail window to display only hours
totals with the specified verification status.
Select "All," "Verified Only,"
"Not Verified Only," or "Unverified
Only," as desired.
- If you would like the detail window to
display the "Verification" column,
put a check mark in the Show
Verification setting.
Select the desired filter options, and click
on the [SAVE] icon to save the changes that you
have made.
