						 PoliciesAn Accrual Policy is used to automatically award 
						 your employees with paid time off based on how 
						 much they work, or on a calendar basis. Calendar Based AccrualsThis type of accrual specifies a set number 
						 of hours that employees receive per year. The 
						 employees assigned to this policy will receive 
						 the accrued time regardless of the number of hours 
						 worked. Hours Based AccrualsThis type of accrual awards your employees paid 
						 time off based on the number of hours worked. Compensatory TimeCompensatory (Comp) Time is used to award your 
						 employees with paid time off for overtime hours 
						 worked. This is opposed to paying the an accelerated 
						 rate of pay such as "time-and-a-half."
