Meal Break Penalty

This detail window works in conjunction with California Mandatory Meal and Break Policies, and allows you to view the meals and breaks that your employees have taken, and the next time a penalty will occur if a meal/break is not given.

  • The employee's name is displayed in the Employee column.
  • The In column displays the time of the employee's "IN" punch for the day.
  • The last time that the employee clocked out for a break is displayed in the Last Break Out column.
  • The last time that the employee clocked out for a meal is displayed in the Lasts Meal Out column.
  • The Worked Hours column displays the total number of hours that the employee has worked for the day so far.
  • The Next Penalty column displays the next time that the employee must take a meal/break in order to prevent a penalty from being generated.
