Paychex
Preview Export
The Custom
Fields section of the export template requires
that you specify a "TSequence Number."
This setting comes from the Paychex Preview software,
and cannot be supplied by Qqest Software Systems.
Export Codes
When setting up export codes, keep in mind that
the Paychex Preview software requires that export
codes for pay codes and disbursements must be
2 characters in length. Export codes for department
levels can be up to 6 characters long.
Note:
The export codes that should be entered come from
the Paychex Preview software. Consult the program's
documentation for more information.
File Formats
The export file for Paychex Preview is a fixed-length
"TIME002 Import Punch Data File" with
the following file layout.
