| Assigned 
						 PropertyClick on the main "Employees" tab, 
						 and then on the "HR Info" link at the 
						 top of the screen. Locate the Assigned 
						 Properties header and click 
						 on the  icon 
						 to maximize the section. The property that has previously been entered 
						 into the program is displayed. Click on the  Add Property 
						 icon to create a new record. 
							Enter the assigned Item.Enter the assigned item's Serial 
							 #, if applicable.Select a Property 
							 Group from the drop-down menu.Note: 
							 The contents of this field are configurable 
							 from the System Customization section of the 
							 program.
Enter the date on which the property was 
							 assigned to the employee into the Assigned 
							 Date field. Click on the  icon to select the date 
							 from a calendar.Once the item has been collected from the 
							 employee, enter the date of return into the 
							 Returned 
							 Date field. Click on the  icon to select the date 
							 from a calendar.Click on the [ADD] icon to add the record 
							 to the system. Existing records are displayed on the main Assigned Properties 
						 screen. Click on the link in the Item 
						 column to edit the record. Click on the  icon to remove the record from
