| Creating 
						 UsersFrom the main "Admin" tab, click on 
						 the "User Security" link located under 
						 the System Tools 
						 section of the screen. The "Users" 
						 screen opens. 
							The Users 
							 section at the top of the screen allows you 
							 to search for existing users in the system. 
							 To create a new user, click on the [ADD] icon 
							 located below this section of the screen.The Role 
							 field allows you to specify what level of 
							 access this user is to have to the TimeForce 
							 II system. Select the desired role from the 
							 drop-down menu.If this user is to be tied to an employee 
							 in the TimeForce II system, make the desired 
							 selection from the Employee 
							 drop-down menu.Various parts of the system allow notification 
							 emails to be sent out to the appropriate users 
							 in the system. When utilizing this functionality, 
							 the Email 
							 field is the address that will be used for 
							 this user.Enter a User 
							 Name. Along with the "Password" 
							 and "Company Code," this setting 
							 is part of the login information that the 
							 user must enter when logging into the TimeForce 
							 II system.Enter a Password. 
							 Along with the "User Name" and "Company 
							 Code," this setting is part of the login 
							 information that the user must enter when 
							 logging into the TimeForce II system.Note: 
							 The "Settings" section of the program 
							 includes multiple options for increasing the 
							 security of passwords in the system.
Re-type the chosen password into the Confirm Password 
							 field.Specify that the employee is Disabled, 
							 if applicable.The Password 
							 Last Changed field is a read-only setting 
							 denoting the date and time of the last time 
							 this user's password was changed in the system.Put a check mark in the Require 
							 Password Change option if you would 
							 like the system to force the user to change 
							 their password upon his or her next login 
							 to the system.Put a check mark in the Observe 
							 Daylight Saving option if the user 
							 will enter punches from an area that observes 
							 Daylight Saving.The Schedule 
							 Punch Lockout option allows you to 
							 restrict an employee from entering a punch 
							 into the system unless it is a scheduled punch 
							 time. If the employee attempts to punch before 
							 the "Shift Start" and "Before 
							 Start Grace," or after the "Shift 
							 End" and "After End Grace" 
							 specified on the schedule that they are assigned 
							 to, a message will appear stating that the 
							 user is not allowed to punch at this time. 
							 The allowed punch times are displayed.Note: 
							 In order for this feature to function properly 
							 the employee must be assigned to a schedule 
							 with a shift in the program. This feature 
							 applies only to punches entered through the 
							 Self Service module of the program. Punches 
							 entered at a physical time clock are not restricted 
							 by the rules specified here.
The Lunch 
							 Punch Lockout option allows you to 
							 restrict an employee from entering a "Lunch" 
							 punch unless they have met or surpassed the 
							 lunch amount specified in the "Lunch 
							 Policy" that they are assigned to. A 
							 message will appear stating that the user 
							 is not allowed to punch at this time, and 
							 notifying them of their allowed punch time.Note: 
							 In order for this option to function the employee 
							 must be assigned to a Meal Policy in the program. 
							 This feature will only be activated for punches 
							 that are entered using the [LUNCH] key through 
							 the Self Service module of the program. Punches 
							 entered at a physical time clock are not restricted 
							 by the rules specified here.
The Break 
							  Punch Lockout option allows you 
							 to restrict an employee from entering a "Break" 
							 punch unless they have met or surpassed the 
							 break amount specified in the "Break 
							 Policy" that they are assigned to. A 
							 message will appear stating that the user 
							 is not allowed to punch at this time, and 
							 notifying them of their allowed punch times.Note: 
							 In order for this option to function the employee 
							 must be assigned to a Break Policy in the 
							 program. This feature will only be activated 
							 for punches that are entered using the [BREAK] 
							 key through the Self Service module of the 
							 program. Punches entered at a physical time 
							 clock are not restricted by the rules specified 
							 here.
Use the Cache 
							 Data option for internet connections 
							 up to 56k.The Time 
							 Offset field is used when you have 
							 employees logging into the TimeForce system 
							 from a different time zone. Based on this 
							 setting, the system will automatically adjust 
							 all times entered by this user using Self 
							 Service to compensate for the difference in 
							 hours between time zones. Leave this setting 
							 at "0" to disable it.The Departments 
							 field allows you to select the department 
							 levels that this user will be allowed to punch 
							 IN/OUT of in the Self Service module. Click 
							 on the  icon 
							 next to the Show 
							 Departments header. A tree-directory 
							 of your existing department levels is displayed. 
							 Click on each level that you would like to 
							 assign to this user.Once the desired user information has been 
							 specified, click on the [CREATE] icon to add
