Creating
Shift Rounding Policies
From the main "Admin" tab, click on
the "Rounding Policies" link located
under the Policies
section of the screen.
The screen is separated into Range
Rounding Policies, Interval
Rounding Policies, and Shift
Rounding Policies. Each existing policy
that you have created is listed in the appropriate
section. To create a new policy, click on the
[ADD] icon at the bottom of the Shift
Rounding Policies section of the screen.
- Enter a Name
for this rounding policy as you would like
it to appear in the program.
- The In
Zone Range section of the screen allows
you to enter the range of time before and
after the scheduled shift start time during
which punches entered will be rounded.
- The Out
Zone Range section allows you to enter
the range of time before and after the scheduled
shift end time during which punches entered
will be rounded.
Click on the [SAVE] icon to save the rounding
policy.
Editing and Deleting Existing Policies
Each policy that you have created appears in
the Range Rounding
Policies section of the screen.
- Click on the link in the Name
column to edit policy settings.
- Click on the
icon
to delete the Rounding Policy.
