Editing
and Deleting Existing Holidays
Each holiday in the system is displayed in the
main Holidays
screen.
Active Holidays
Active holidays are currently available for
use in the system.
- Click on the link in the Name
column to edit Holiday Policy settings.
- The Next
Occurrence column displays the
next calendar date of the holiday.
- Click on the icon to inactivate a Holiday
Policy.
Inactive Holidays
Inactive holidays are not available for use
in the system, but are retained for historical
purposes or later reactivation.
- Click on the link in the Name
column to edit Holiday Policy settings.
- The Next
Occurrence column displays the
next calendar date of the holiday.
- Click on the "Activate"
link to return the Holiday Policy to active
use in the system.
- Click on the icon to delete the Holiday Policy
from the system. All information pertaining
to the holiday is permanently destroyed.
