We will be performing routine maintenance on the time system during off-hours starting at 8 p.m. MT, Saturday, November 18th until 1 a.m. MT. During the scheduled outage period, customers will not be able to access the environment and on-demand clocks will be unable to connect to the SaaS environment, but will continue to operate and collect punches in their off-line mode. Once the SaaS environment returns to service, the clocks will automatically connect, upload the collected punches and process them into the timecards.
